Storing the Advair Diskus

The Advair Diskus should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Once an Advair Diskus is removed from its packaging, it must be discarded after one month, even if it is not empty.
 
Keep the Advair Diskus and all other medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of the Advair Diskus?

If you do not take your Advair as scheduled, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose of Advair.
 

Advair Diskus Strengths

The Advair Diskus is available in three strengths:
 
  • Advair Diskus 100/50 -- containing 60 doses with 100 mcg fluticasone and 50 mcg salmeterol per dose
  • Advair Diskus 250/50 -- containing 60 doses with 250 mcg fluticasone and 50 mcg salmeterol per dose
  • Advair Diskus 500/50 -- containing 60 doses with 500 mcg fluticasone and 50 mcg salmeterol per dose.
 

Advair Diskus Generic

Currently, there is no generic Advair licensed for sale.
