Alupent Uses in Children

Alupent is approved for children who are at least 12 years old. It may be difficult for young children to correctly use the Alupent inhaler. Be sure to talk with your healthcare provider about the best ways to treat childhood asthma.
 

Off-Label Alupent Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Alupent for treating something other than the conditions discussed above. This is called an "off-label" use. At this time, there are no universally accepted off-label Alupent uses.
