What If I Take an Overdose of Atrovent HFA?

People who take too much Atrovent HFA may have overdose symptoms that could include:
 
  • Shakiness or nervousness
  • Abdominal pain (stomach pain)
  • Blurred vision
  • Headaches
  • Constipation
  • Dry mouth or eyes
  • Difficulty urinating.
     
If you happen to overdose on Atrovent HFA, seek immediate medical attention.

How Should Atrovent HFA Be Stored?

Store Atrovent HFA at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Do not puncture the canister, and do not store or use it near heat or an open flame.
 
Keep Atrovent HFA and all medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Atrovent HFA?

If you do not take your Atrovent HFA as scheduled, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.
 

Strengths of Atrovent HFA

Atrovent HFA is available in one strength, which contains 200 sprays, with 17 mcg of medication per spray.
