Combivent Drug Interactions

Combivent drug interactions may occur if it is taken with certain medications, such as digoxin, tricyclic antidepressants, and certain diuretics. These interactions can increase your risk of side effects, decrease the medications' effectiveness, or cause dangerously low blood pressure. Combivent® (ipratropium and albuterol inhaler) can potentially interact with a few other medicines. Some of the medicines that may lead to Combivent drug interactions include:

  • Beta blockers, such as:
 
 
  • Certain diuretics, such as:
 
 
  • Digoxin (Digitek®, Lanoxin®)
