Although it is unknown whether Tudorza (aclidinium) is safe to use while breastfeeding, it is known that the drug passes through breast milk in rats. In animal studies, the nursing rats that were exposed to this drug had lower body weights than the baby rats not exposed to it. Talk to your healthcare provider before using Tudorza while nursing.
Can Breastfeeding Women Use Tudorza?It is unknown if Tudorza™ Pressair™ (aclidinium bromide) passes through breast milk. Therefore, if you are breastfeeding or plan to start, make sure to let your healthcare provider and your child's healthcare provider know.

Studies have shown that when this drug was given to breastfeeding rats, the nursing baby rats had lower body weights than those that were not exposed to the drug. However, no research has been done to see if Tudorza passes through breast milk in humans. It is also unknown if the drug would cause any problems in nursing infants if it does pass through breast milk.
If your healthcare provider recommends using Tudorza while breastfeeding, make sure to watch for any side effects in your child. Also, check with your child's healthcare provider, as it will be your child's healthcare provider who will be monitoring your baby and treating any problems that occur.
