Who Should Not Take Xopenex HFA?

You should not take Xopenex HFA if you are allergic to Xopenex HFA, levalbuterol, or any inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients. Also, you should not take Xopenex HFA if you are allergic to albuterol, a similar medication.
